Pick 'n pack services
Our pick 'n pack services are designed to meet the needs of today's online retailers and distance sellers who want to focus on their core business. Leave the stock control, pick, pack and despatch to us whilst you look after sales, customer service and category management.
Order administration
What could be simpler, we receive order data from you in a pre-defined format and we pass this data into our warehouse management system (WMS) for processing. Orders are picked, packed and despatched via the appropriate delivery service chosen by you. Various options for process quality can be applied such as scanning of products at one or more stages in the process.
Order tracking
We monitor your order at all stages of our processing and then hand you over to the carrier to track goods to their final destination.
Stock administration
Every delivery we receive for you will be checked and scanned into our WMS. The inventory management module will keep track of everything and we can even provide real time access for up to the minute product availability leaving you to focus on what products you need to purchase.
Despatch notes as a marketing tool
No problem. We can receive marketing information from you including different brand names if required. We can add images, messages and manage production of different format despatch notes or invoices and even multiple languages.
Our product experience
We have experience with many retail industry products including entertainment media, foodstuffs, digital and electrical accessories as well as fragrance and health care products.
Returns processing
No problem; we can receive your returned goods back into the warehouse and apply whatever the agreed process is for damaged, un-damaged goods.
