ProFS was formed in 2004 and is privately owned. It is managed by two working principals; Chris Vautier and Michael Boarer who have created a company culture which is to deliver customer satisfaction and value for money. With operating centres in the UK, Channel Islands and Switzerland, we are now the pan-European logistics partner of choice.

Broad client base

ProFS provide services to a broad range of customers who are aware of the strategic benefits of outsourcing. Clients include well known names such as FragranceNet and WH Smith along with lesser known, but large online retail businesses such as IJT Direct, Petmeds.co.uk and day2dayshop.com.

Quality service

From launch Professional Fulfilment Services has embarked upon a strategy to deliver quality and cost effective services to clients. The opportunity of developing the fulfilment capability with technology in mind from day one ensures manual processes do not result in reduced quality and higher costs. It also means scalability does not present a problem and solutions can be developed and become operational in aggressive timescales and at low risk.

IT expertise

One of the key components in the fulfilment and logistics industry along with People and Processes. ProFS have developed a Warehouse Management System with their IT partners which is fit for purpose in a multi-centre operating environment. A highly scalable and fully redundant system has been established.
